I'm Nick.
I got my first Airbnb arbitrage unit 5 years ago while working a brutal job that took all my time. I wanted to build a business that could run on its own — something my wife and I could work on together. No real estate background, no experience, very little money in the bank.
Fast forward, and this is what I do full-time now. I've since worked with 300+ people across the country to help them start their own Airbnb business too.
I wrote this guide because almost everything I paid for before I figured this out was either recycled or wildly optimistic. This is the version I wish someone had handed me when I started — a full step-by-step guide that tells you what you NEED to hear, not what you WANT to hear.
